Monday - Friday: 11:00AM - 6:30PM
Saturday: 10:00AM - 5:00PM
Sunday: 11:00AM - 5:00PM
What forms of payment do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash. We do not accept American Express.

Do you buy / trade guitars?
Yes we do however it depends on the item. Usually quality pre-owned and vintage guitars (Fender USA, Fender Japan, Gibson, Gretsch, Rickenbacker and also oddball guitars Airline, Harmony, Silvertone, Kay, Supro, Danelectro etc) Please send detailed images and information to email@example.com If the item is of interest to us we will need to see it in person and require photo identification before proceeding. Do you setup and repair instruments?
Full comprehensive guitar servicing and repairs are conducted by our technician Sammy at Sammy's Set Ups. 0438 585 892.
Do you offer postage?
Yes we do. Please call the shop on (03) 9347 4833 to discuss or alternatively send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer lessons?
We offer one on one private tuition in guitar, bass, ukulele. All ages, all levels, all styles. Lessons are $30 per half hour. Call us to arrange a time!
Do you consign goods?
Generally not however if there is an item of interest to us we may take it into consideration. Contact us for more info.
How often is your website updated?
Our website and all of our social media is updated on a daily basis. For all new arrivals you can check our Facebook page and new arrivals section.
Do you offer lay-by?
Yes we do. We require a minimum of 20% as a deposit and you have a maximum of 1 month to pay off the item.
What if I don't pay off my lay-by in time / change my mind and decide I no longer want the item on lay-by?
Unfortunately your 20% deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds and returns
We do not refund for incorrect choice. We are bound by the Victorian Department of Fair Trading obligations for product exchange and refund. Products that are either faulty or unopened may be exchanged or refunded for store credit, within 7 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply. Products that are outside of the 7 days from purchase are subject to standard product repairs made by their respective manufacturing repair centres. A copy of your original invoice will be required for all refund, exchange and warranty repair requests.
