International buyers, payment via Paypal only. For all Australian buyers I accept direct
bank deposit, Paypal, personal cheque, pank cheque, or money order. All merchandise will only be posted once funds have cleared.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when they have cleared and your goods are being posted. The Postage time can be from 3 days to 14 days depending on the time it takes for funds to
clear and postage area (Most of my customers see there Item within 5 days).
Postage charges cover the cost of postage and packageing only all goods are sent via standard post via Toll Ipec courier. No responsibility is taken by Fretted Instruments if
a parcel is lost or damaged by Toll Ipec unless insurance is organised prior to shipping.
RETURNS POLICY
Fretted Instruments appreciates your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your
purchase. All new items sold at Fretted Instruments carry a 7 day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All 2nd hand items are sold in "as is" condition and no warranty is offered or implied by Fretted Instruments, unless the item you have purchased has been wrongly described to you.
Important: Shipping costs will not and cannot be refunded for any reason. Do not sent parcels by
C.O.D. All goods posted this way will be returned to sender if sent by C.O.D.
