What is the best way to sell my instrument?

What is the turn around time for a guitar repair?

We usually quote a 5-7 day turnaround on repairs. With this said, most
are ready for you, the customer within 3 days. More detailed jobs require
more time. For any of your repair needs just drop in for a no obligation
free quote.

How do I get to your store?

We are located at 338 Brunswick St Fitzroy. To get here from the city, just
jump on the 112 tram from Collins St. It usually takes about 10 minutes on
the tram from the city. If you are driving there is ample parking in the streets
to the rear of the store. For all heavy equipment we have a loading dock at
the rear of the store.

Can I purchase items over the phone?
Yes, most certainly. As long as you have a major credit card you can purchase
any item that we have in stock. And if we don’t have it, we will get it for you.
We ship via courier anywhere in Australia. So whether you live in a major city
or a tiny dot on the map, we can get you what you need.
